All Finlandia material packages are made to order. Our precut packages are intended for use in a space that you have framed and insulated. Anyone with general carpentry experience can build a Sauna out of our FPC parts. We supply all the interior room parts and you nail our 1"x 4" tongue and groove boards to your studs; our boards will run horizontally. We cut the material and build parts to fit your room; we don't just supply a pile of lumber and unassembled pieces

  • Two 4" x 10" vents sets of adjustable registers and grills (white enamel finish) for proper air circulation and fresh oxygen supply.

    Walls and ceiling
  • 1" x 4" Western Red Cedar certified, kiln-dried T & G, clear A & Better. Our competitors use only 1/2" x 4" Material
  • Custom cut to necessary lengths for tight fit, small v joint for neat appearance.
  • Trim and base boards in matching wood.
  • Boards cut for horizontal installation.

    Sauna Door
  • Finlandia Exclusive Tempered glass door, design doors available as an option
  • Solid Dougles Fir rails to prevent warpage.
  • R or L pre-hung door: 2' 0" x 6' 8" [standard]. Different sizes of the door are optional.
  • R.O. is 26" x 82", Jamb Width 5 1/2" Total, (over 5 1/2" additional cost)

    Benches
  • Four benches made of clear S4S kiln-dried 2" x 2"
  • Cedar tops with 3/8" spacing, glued and fastened (from the bottom to eliminate exposed metal);
  • 2" x 4" Cedar facing with eased edges to eliminate sharp angles and slivers; all fasteners are applied from the bottom to eliminate nail holes and the danger of nails popping up to burn the bather.
  • Headrests for upper benches made of 1" x 3" Cedar, tapered 14 5/8" x 19 3/4"
